CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approved of the Loan Contract between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation- CAF, on December 17, 2014, for an amount of up to $us75,000,000.-(Seventy-Five Million US Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the?More Investment Program for Riego-Mi Riego?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the mentioned Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, 12 days of the month of January of the year

two thousand fifteen.
