CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approved of the Loan Contract between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation- CAF, on December 17, 2014, for an amount of $us79,555,000.-(Seventy-Nine Million Five Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand of American Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the?Project Road Monteagudo? Muyupampa-Ipati, Tunel Incahuasi and Puente Fisculco?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of the month January of the year

two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and will comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
