CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Pursuant to Article 166, Paragraph I, of the State Political Constitution and to the General Election Act 2014, for the Election of President or President, Vice-President or Vice-President, Senators and Senators, Deputies and Deputies and Representatives to Supranational Parliamentary Bodies of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, referred to the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, President Constitutional of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the citizen Dn. Juan Evo Morales Ayma, and Constitutional Vice President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the citizen Dn. Alvaro Marcelo García Linera, elected by an absolute majority of votes, with sixty-one point thirty-six percent (61.36%) in direct form, in the General Elections of October 12, 2014, for a Constitutional period of five (5) years, According to Article 168 of the Constitution of the State.

Article 2. In compliance with Article 161, numeral 2, of the Constitution of the State, the oath of law and investiture of citizens proclaimed, will be held in Solemn Session of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, 22 of January 2015, at 09:00 a.m., with the ceremonial of rigor.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the twentieth day of January of the

year two thousand fifteen.
