CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph 1, paragraph 13, of the State Political Constitution,
the disposal, free of charge, of a building called ex-CEDELEI, of the Hospital de Chulumani, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Chulumani, with a surface area of 624.90 square meters (m2), located on the Avenue Eloy Salmon s/n, immersed in a surface greater than 5,749.00 square meters (m2), registered in Rights Real under Computerized Tuition No. 2.11.1.01.0000758, in favour of the University Mayor of San Andrés? UMSA, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Ordinance No 088/2009 of 22 July 2009.
Remitase to the Organ, Executive for Constitutional Purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of the month of
December of the year two thousand fourteen.
