CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. In application to the provisions of Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Constitution

Policy of the State, the transfer is approved free of charge, of the Plant of Concentration Minerals of Zinc, Silver and Lead?Plant Denver?, comprising all the equipment, machinery, buildings, buildings and land with a surface area of 2,918.78 square meters (m²), located in the ravine of Huayna Mayu, East of the city of Potosi, registered in the Real Rights Office of the city of Potosi, under Computerized Registration Number 5.01.01.0023383, whose colindances are: to the North, with the provision of the Autonomous Government of Potosi; to the East, with the final street Chuquisaca and sports field; to the South, with mining wit; and to the West, with pregod of the Autonomous Government Municipal of Potosi; in favor of the Autonomous University?Cold Takes?.

ARTICLE 2. The Minerals Concentration Plant?Plant Denver?, will be transferred to meet and

develop academic practices of the students of the Faculty of Mining Engineering of the Autonomous University?Cold takes?, and in turn generate economic income through the provision of services to cooperative mining producers and miners, in the processing of their minerals.

ARTICLE 3.

I. The transfer, the Ministry of Mining and Metallurgy and the Geological Survey Mining-

SERGEOMIN, in favor of the Autonomous University?Cold Takes?.

II. The Zinc, Silver and Lead Minerals Concentration Plant?Plant Denver? will not be transferred to third parties

by the Autonomous University?Cold Takes?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
