CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the transfer is approved free of charge of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Mizque, located in the north of the main square of the 'Heroes de la Independencia de Mizque', registered in the offices of the Royal Rights, under the Computerized Registration Number No. 3.13.1.01.0001336, with a surface area of 372.84 square meters (m 2), whose colindances are: North, with the property of Mr. René Vega; to the South, with the Plaza Heroes de la Independence; to the East, with the main building of the H. Municipality; and to the West, with the property of Mr. René Vega; in favor of the Judicial Organ, with exclusive destination for the construction of the building of the Palace of Justice of Mizque.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of February

of the year two thousand fifteen.
