CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13 of the State Political Constitution, the transfer is approved free of charge for the lot of land, owned by the Municipal Autonomous Government of Tupiza, registered in Royal Rights, under the Matriculation No 5.08.01.0001777, located in the Municipal District N ° 9, Costanera Avenue, Villa Fatima area, whose colindances are: to the North with an unnominated street, to the East with Municipal area, South with Costanera Avenue and West with Municipal area, with a surface area of 400.00 square meters (m2); in favor of the General Service of Personal Identification-SEGIP, with exclusive destination for the construction of infrastructure and operation of offices for the granting of identity cards and licenses to drive, as established by Municipal Resolution No. 123/2014 of 9 September 2014, of the Municipal Council of Tupiza.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of the month of February

of the year two thousand fifteen.
