CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

is approved the disposal, for consideration, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, registered in Real Rights, under Computerized Tuition No. 2.01.0.99.0023353, Seat A-1, with a surface area of 210.00 square meters (m2) and located in the Manzano?A-1?, like Lot N ° 2, of the area Rincón la Portada of the city of La Paz, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Lot N ° 1; to the South, with the Lot N ° 3; to the East, with Calle Sucre; and to the West, with Italy street; in favor of the Lord Julian Torrez Quispe, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Resolution No 562/81 of 4 May 1981 and in Executive Resolution No 094/2012 of 9 May 2012.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of the month of March of the year

two thousand fifteen.
