CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State, the disposal, free of charge, of the lot of land with a surface area of 2,542.50 square meters (m2), owned by the Government, is approved Autonomous Municipal of Cochabamba, located in the district 12, sub district 5, area Tupuraya of the city of Cochabamba, registered in the Register of Royal Rights, under the Computerized Registration Number No. 3.01.02.0026664; Seat A-1, whose colindances are: to the North, with the street Melgarejo; to the South, with the street Buenos Aires; to the East, with the Antonio Quijarro Street; and to the West, with the block 037; in favor of the Command of the Police Department of Cochabamba, with exclusive destination to carry out activities of the Monitoring Center and the Maintenance Workshop, in compliance with the Law No. 264, from the National Citizen Security System?For a Safe Life?, dated July 31, 2012.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen day of the month of March of the year two thousand fifteen.
