CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECRETA:
Single Article.
I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, the Contract of Extension to the Contract of Loan and Financial Export, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia, is approved. and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau-KfW, on 31 December 2014, in the amount of up to Euros5,000,000.-(Five Million EUR 00/100) corresponding to the Loan and an amount of up to EUR 1,000,000.-(One Million Euros) corresponding Financial support to finance the implementation of the National Programme of Irrigation SIRIC II-2006 66 040 and 2007 70 164.
II. The Departmental Autonomous Governments of Chuquisaca and Santa Cruz are hereby authorized to pay for the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Contract of Extension to the Contract of Loan and Export Financial approved by this Act.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
Is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the nine days of April of the year two thousand fifteen.
