Law N ° 676 law of April 15, 2015 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, DECREES: article only.
I in accordance with the provisions of article 158, paragraph I article 10, of the political Constitution of the State, approved the extension contract the contract of loan and financial contribution, the plurinational State of Bolivia and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau - KfW, in date December 31, 2014, for an amount of up to Euros5.000.000.-(five million 00/100 Euros) which correspond to the loan and an amount of up to Euros1.000.000. (Un Millón 00/100 euro) that it correspond to the financial contribution, intended to finance the implementation of the national program of irrigation SIRIC II - 2006 66 040 and 2007 70 164.
II. authorising departmental autonomous governments of Chuquisaca and Santa Cruz, assume the repayment obligations that are incurred in the execution of the mentioned extension contract the contract of loan and financial contribution approved by this law.
