CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. The Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing is authorized to transfer, free of charge, the premises located in the manzanos 7-44-1, 7-45-1, 7-52-1 and 7-53-1 of the Municipality of Guayaramerin of the Department of Beni, registered in Real, under the Computerized Registration Number No. 8.02.01.0006624, with a total area of 40,000 square meters (m2), in favor of the Trust-AEVIVIENDA constituted at Banco Union S.A. in the framework of Supreme Decree No. 0986, of 21 September 2011, for the implementation of programmes and/or projects for the provision of housing and habitat solutions to the population of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

ADDITIONAL DISPOSITION

ONLY. Pursuant to the provisions of Supreme Decree No 0986, the goods transferred in the framework of the present Law, they will be destined to social housing, for which the parts of the Trust-AEVIVIENDA is authorized constituted in the Banco Union S.A., the contractual modifications for the fulfillment of the present Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
