CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approved of the Loan Contract between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation- CAF, on 3 February 2015, in the amount of up to $us75,000,000.-(Seventy-Five Million US Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the?Project Construction of the Villa Granado Road-Tapas Bridge-La Palizada?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, to assume the

repaying of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, at twenty-three days of the month of April

year two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, I enact it so that it is Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
