CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. According to Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, the Loan Contract No. 3385 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank of Mexico, is approved. Development-IDB, dated January 16, 2015, for an amount of up to $us185,500,000.-(One hundred and eighty Five Million Five Hundred Thousand 00/100 U.S. Dollars), for the financing of the?Vial Infrastructure Program to Support the Development and Management of the Basic Road Network I?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the payment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, at twenty-three days of the month of April of the year two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
