CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to Paragraph II of Article 362 of the Political Constitution of the

State, and the authorization provided for by Law No 627 of 13 January 2015, the Petroleum Services Agreement for the Exploration and Exploitation of Reserved Areas, in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB, corresponding to the Area Carohuaicho 8D, located in the Departments of Santa Cruz and Chuquisaca, signed on January 15, 2015, between YPFB and the company YPFB ANDINA S.A.

Remitase to the Executive Body for purposes

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of April

of the year two thousand fifteen.
