CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECRETA:
Single Article. The State Housing Agency-AEVIVIENDA, the inscription in its budget
institutional of:
I. Resources coming from non-executed balances of the Trust constituted by Supreme Decree No. 28794 of
12 July 2006, corresponding to Bs.965,000,000.-(Novehundreds Sixty-Five Million 00/100 Bolivianos), in accordance with the Supreme Decree No. 2300 of March 18, 2015, and Supreme Decree No. 2231 of 31 December 2014.
II. Resources from non-executed balances of operational and administrative expenses of the
Grant-PNSV Program of the Housing Finance Program? PFV, and the Social and Solidarity Housing Program-PVS, which amounts to Bs.15.984.351, 25.-(Fifteen Million Nine Hundred and Four Thousand Three Hundred and One 25/100 Bolivianos).
III. The resources outlined in Paragraph I of this Article shall be intended for the execution of programs and/or
state housing projects of social interest and habitat.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of the month of April of the
year two thousand fifteen.
