CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECRETA:
Article 1.
I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution State Policy,
approves transfer of pregod to title for a total of 2,717,950 square meters (m2), of a total area of 358.42 hectares (ha) of the area?C?, of the topographic map of the property delimitation of the Mining Corporation of Bolivia-COMIBOL in the city of Oruro; owned by the Mining Corporation of Bolivia-COMIBOL, located in the sector?Chonchocorito? San José, North West, District 2 of the City of Oruro; registered in Royal Rights with the Partida Nº 204 of the Capital Property Book of 1953, under Computerized Tuition No. 4.01.01.0016247; in favor of ex-workers of the Bolivia Mining Corporation-COMIBOL and mining cooperatives.
II. For compliance with this Law, the total area of 2,717,950 square meters (m2), to be transferred
comprises two sectors:
1. Former offices of special projects of the Mining Corporation of Bolivia-COMIBOL with 2,040.25 meters
squares (m2), whose colindances are: to the North, with the Avenue of the Minero; to the Sud and East, with the Faculty of Medicine?St. Augustine? of the Technical University of Oruro and the West, with the street without name and the Neighborhood Board?Villa Harmony? and georeferenced points: C0-01 East (X) 698872,943, North (Y) 8013505.131, Elliptical Altitude 3789,874; C0-02 This (X) 698840.178, North (Y), 8013498,794, Elliptical Altitude 3790,768.
2. Former laboratory of the Mining Corporation of Bolivia-COMIBOL with 677,700 square meters (m2), with the following colindances: to the North and East, with general warehouses of the Mining Corporation of Bolivia-COMIBOL and to the Sud and West, with the avenue Pan-American and georeferenced points: C0-03 East (X) 699012.837, North (Y) 8013242,849, Elliptical Altitude 3803.884; C0-04 East (X) 698998,872, North (Y) 8013260.643, Elliptical Altitude 3802,768.
III. The distribution of land to beneficiaries will be done by considering the square meters each occupies and
respecting the rights and obligations of the common areas.
IV. Common areas are indivisible, so none of the beneficiaries will be able to ask for the right owner of the
themselves; it will be cancelled in equal parts by the beneficiaries who effectively use these surfaces.
Article 2. For the purposes of this Law, the beneficiaries are:

Article 3. The transfer procedures, process of regularisation of the land and registration of the Royal Rights,
will be carried out by the beneficiaries of this Law.
Article 4. For the purpose of legalizing the awards awarded to them beneficiaries must present the following
original documents:
Original negative certificate of Royal Rights, which certifies not to own housing.
Being living in these premises.
The non-occupation in the housing on the part of the beneficiary, will automatically cancel the delivery of minuta by part of Corporación Minera de Bolivia-COMIBOL.
The awarded pre-award may not be transferred, leased or transferred in anticretic for the time of ten (10) years computable from the subscription of the transfer minute, the default will result in the reversion of the predium and The cancellation of the Minutes.
Article 5. They are responsible for the implementation and enforcement of this Law, the Executive Body for
intermediate the Ministry of Mining and Metallurgy, through the Mining Corporation of Bolivia- COMIBOL.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

two thousand fifteen.
