CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act is sanctioned:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Santiago de Andamarca, is approved with an area of 570 square meters (m²), located in Washington Street, between 2 August Street, Orinoca town of the Sud Carangas Province of Oruro Department, registered with the Office of Real Rights of Challapata under the Computerized registration number 4.12.1.02.0000002, whose colindances are: to the North, with the property of Bernardino Puquinio; to the South, with Washington Street; to the East, with the property of Leoncio Zuna; and to the West, with a lot of YPFB; in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB, with exclusive destination for the construction and The operation of a YPFB Service Station, as established in the Municipal Resolution No. 033/2014 of 22 September 2014, of the Municipal Council of Santiago de Andamarca.
