CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Number 10, of the Political Constitution of the State,

approves the Loan Agreement signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development? BIRF, dated March 12, 2015, for an amount of up to $us100,000,000.-(Hundred Million 00/100 U.S. Dollars), to meet the requirements of the?Disaster Risk Management Policy Development Loan Agreement?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN, assume the

repaying of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days of the month of May of the year

two thousand fifteen.
