CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Article 1. The modifications to the Financial Fund's Constitutive Convention for the

Development of the Silver Basin-FONPLATA, according to established in Resolution A.G. N ° 137/2013 of 20 June 2013.

Article 2. The increase in capital resources of the FONPLATA is ratified in the amount of USD127,769,000.-

(One hundred and twenty-seven million), consisting of an integrated capital payable in cash. From USD38,889,000.-(Thirty-Eight Million Eighty-Eight and Nine Billion American Dollars) and an enforceable capital of USD88,880,000.-(Eighty-Eight Million Ochocidents Eighty Thousand 00/100 U.S. Dollars), according to the amounts established in Resolution A.G. N ° 138/2013, approved by Supreme Decree No 1926 of 13 March 2014.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of May of the year

two thousand fifteen.
