CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the transfer, free of charge, of an area of public land, owned by the Autonomous Government of El High, located on Avenida Juan Pablo II, Municipal District No. 6 of the city of El Alto, registered in the offices of Real Rights of that city, under the Computerized Registration Number No. 2.01.4.01,0180828, seat A-1, with a total area of 3,949,48 square meters (m²), of which the area of 1,279,14 square meters is transferred (m²), whose colindances are: to the North, with the Cooperative EL CEIBO; to the South, with the Avenue John Paul II; to the East, with the Cooperative EL CEIBO; and to the West, with the General Service of Personal Identification? SEGIP; in favor of the Bolivian Police, with exclusive destination to the operation and implementation of the offices of the Operational Agency of Transit, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Resolution N ° 311/2014 of 27 May 2014.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the eleven days of May of the year

two thousand fifteen.
