CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

ONLY ARTICLE.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State, the

transfer, free of charge, of a land located in Zudanez Province, town of Zudanez ex Fundo Los Sauces, of the Department of Chuquisaca, with a surface of 168,377.45 square meters (m²) (16 has. 83 A and 77.45 centiareas), owned by the National Railway Company? ENFE, enrolled in Royal Rights under the computerized Matriculation N ° 1,03.1.00000040; in favor of the Development Service of the Productive Public Enterprises? SEDEM, for the construction of the infrastructure for the Productive Public Enterprise?Containers of Vidrio de Bolivia? ENVIBOL?, created by Supreme Decree No. 2329 of 15 April 2015.

II. The Development Service of Productive Public Enterprises? SEDEM is responsible for carrying out the actions

required for the improvement of the transferred owner's right, with the effect of coordinating with the other instances of the Executive Body the subrogations and other legal acts

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twentieth day of May two

thousand fifteen years.
