CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the

Political Constitution of the State, the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land of 57,061,398 square meters (m²), which is part of a Total area of 140,700,00 square metres (m²), owned by the Municipal Autonomous Government of Villa Alcala, registered in the Register of Royal Rights under the Royal Folio N ° 1.04.01.0000048, located in Rio Alcalá El Cavildo, in the Sector of Jarillo Pampa of the Municipality of Villa Alcala, Tomina Province of the Department of Chuquisaca, whose colindances are: North and East, with the bank of the Alcalá River; to the South, with the road to the Municipality of Villar; and to the West, with the property of the Municipal Autonomous Government of Villa Alcala; in favor of the Universidad Mayor Real and Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca, with exclusive destination for the construction and implementation of the University Technological Innovation Center and the operation of the Career of Superior Technician in Agricultural Production, compliance with the Municipal Resolution No 043/2014 of 17 September 2014.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-sixth day of May of the

year two thousand fifteen.
