CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY

DECRETA:

LAW OF AMENDMENT OF THE FRAMEWORK OF AUTONOMY

AND DECENTRALIZATION?ANDRES IBANEZ? No. 031 OF 19 JULY 2010

ONLY ARTICLE.-

I. Is Article 123 of the Framework Law on Autonomy and Decentralization amended?Andres Ibanez? No. 031 of July 19

2010, with the following text:

? ARTICLE 123.-(COMPOSITION). The National Autonomous Council is composed of the following

members:

The President or President of the Plurinational State, who presides over it.

The Vice President or Vice President of the Plurinational State, who also The President or President in his absence.

Four Ministers or Ministers of the Plurinational Executive Body: the Ministers or Ministers of the Presidency, Autonomy, Development Planning, and Economy and Finance Ministers. Public. The Minister or the Minister of the Presidency will meet in the absence of the Vice President or Vice President.

The Governor or the Governors of the nine (9) departments of the country.

Five representatives of the national associations of municipalities in Bolivia.

Five representatives of indigenous indigenous women's autonomy.

II. Is the Paragraph I of Article 124 of the Framework Law on Autonomy and Decentralization amended?Andres Ibanez? No.

031 of July 19, 2010, with the following text:

? I. The National Council of Autonomies will meet in an ordinary and extraordinary way to call on its

President or President. Ordinary meetings shall be held at least two (2) times a year, or as many times as necessary. The extraordinary meetings will be held at the request of one third (1/ 3) of its members or when its President or President deems it necessary, being able to take place in any of the nine (9) departments of the country.

The Council National of Autonomies, depending on the subject to be treated, will be able to summon other national public authorities or the autonomous territorial entities in quality of attached members until the definition of the topic.?

III. Is paragraph IV of Article 124 of the Framework Law on Autonomy and Decentralization amended?Andres Ibanez?

No. 031 of July 19, 2010, with the following text:

?IV. All other provisions regarding its operation will be defined in rules of procedure that

will be approved by two thirds (2/ 3) of the present members of the National Council of Autonomies.?

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of May

of the year two thousand fifteen.
