CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECCRETA:
Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution
State policy, the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Government is approved Autonomous Municipal de Sucre, with a surface area of 123,905,02 square meters (m2), located in the Campesina Community of Khochapata, Parcela 071, of the Municipality of Sucre, inscribed in Royal Rights under Computerized Tuition No. 1.01.1.07.0000313, a Favor of the Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca, with destination exclusive to the execution of the Sports Complex Project?University Club? of the city of Sucre, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Autonomous Resolution No 021/15 of 04 February 2015.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the eleven days of June of the year
two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State.
