CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As for the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Cobija, with a Area of 15,838.80 square meters (m²), located in the street José Ignacio Sanjinez, Urbanization? 6 June? of the Municipality of Cobija, Province Nicolas Suarez of the Department of Pando, registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of Cobija under the Royal Folio Nº 9.01.01.0004362, whose colindances are: to the North, with the street José Ignacio Sanjinez; to the South, with the street Fortunato Uribe; to the East, with the street Madre Maestra; and to the West, with the street Erika Leverenz; in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB, with exclusive destination for the construction and installation of the Satellite Station Regasification of the Project of the Liquefied Natural Gas Plant, according to the established in the Autonomous Municipal Law No. 011/2014 of 21 August 2014, of the Autonomous Government of Cobija.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Assembly Plurinational Legislative, at the twenty-three days of June of the

year two thousand fifteen.
