CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Viacha, with a Surface area of 36,586,475 square meters (m²), which is part of a total area of 73,602 square meters (m²), located in the Locality of Alica Arriba, District 3 of the Municipality of Viacha, Province Ingavi of the Department of La Paz, registered in the Royal Rights offices of Viacha under Folio Real Nº 2.08.0.10.0022106, whose The following are: to the North, with the ownership of the Senores Celestina Mamani, Sabino Chivas, José Rodríguez and Domitila López; to the South, with the Educational Unit Achica Arriba; to the East, with the La Paz-Oruro Highway; and to the West, with the ownership of the Mr. Roberto Chivas, Leonora Rodríguez and José Rodríguez; in favor of the Autonomous Departmental Government of La Paz, with exclusive destination for the construction of the Sub-Headquarters of the Superior Industrial School?Pedro Domingo Murillo? -Subsidiary Achica, above, in accordance with the Municipal Ordinance No 052/2013 of 12 November 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the thirty days of June of the

year two thousand fifteen.
