CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Convention Credit Preferential to the Buyer, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank of China of Exports? Imports? EXIMBANK, dated June 30, 2015, for an amount of up to US$ 492,400,000.-(Four hundred Noventa and Two Million Thousand 00/100 American Dollars), for the financing of the?Rurrenabaque Road Project? Riverside?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN, assume the

repaying of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the aforementioned Convention Credit Preferential to the Buyer, approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

In the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of August of the

year two thousand fifteen.
