CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Article 1. The transfer for consideration of the Mining Corporation of Bolivia -COMIBOL, in favor of

the ex-workers of the company Minera Huanuni, who submitted their applications for voluntary retirement, under the Circular P-484/98, is approved. of 29 September 1998, the houses currently occupied, as well as the transfer for consideration, in favour of the workers of the company Minera Colquiri, Management of Operations and Oruro Service, La Paz Matrix Office and other COMIOL dependent work; who submitted their withdrawal requests voluntary under the Circular P-484/98 of 29 September 1998, lots of land of 300 square metres (m 2), of land area for each, of the land of IROCO (ITOS-BACO) and SAN PEDRO, located in the West and North areas, respectively, from the city of Oruro. The aforementioned will also apply to former workers of the Mining Corporation of Bolivia, whose withdrawals are included in the years 1985, 1986 and 1987.

Article 2. It will be beneficiaries who meet the following requirements:

Be a regular worker and have received Circular P-484/98 of 29 September 1998, issued by the Mining Corporation of Bolivia or whose withdrawals are included during the management of 1985, 1986 and 1987 years.

Not to be the owner of another dwelling or lot of land, a requirement that must be credited with the presentation of the certificate of?Not Property?, issued by the Royal Registrar of Rights.

In the transfer minute, the obligation to enable the property to be awarded and not to transfer or rent it, during the time of ten (10) years and the lot of land Nor is it transferred during the time of (10) years. The default will result in the cancellation of the extended minute.

The expenses that will require the lotting, approval of plans, taxes, protocolization and others, will be borne by the beneficiaries.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
