CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

is approved the disposal, for consideration, of a fraction of residual land owned by the Autonomous Government of La Paz, with an area of 11.50 square meters (m2), located on the Peripheral Avenue of the Villa El Carmen area of La Paz, registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of the city of La Paz, under the Computerized Registration Number No. 2.01.0.99.0134533, whose colindances are: to the North, not to be entered; to the East, is not to be entered; to the South, it is not slogan; to the West, it is not stated; in favor of the Lord Maximo Tarqui Corini, as established by the Municipal Resolution No 656/83 of May 9, 1983.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twentieth day of August of the

year two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, I enact it so that it is Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
