CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECCRETA:
Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution
Policy of the State, the disposal, free of charge, of two lots of land with a surface area of 29,940.22 meters, is approved. Square (m²) of property of the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sucre, the first with an area of 14,406.63 square meters (m²), registered in Royal Rights under the Royal Folio with Computerized Tuition No. 1.01.1.99.0062868, and the second with a Surface area of 15,533.59 square meters (m²), immersed in a total area of 17,872.40 square meters (m²) registered in Royal Rights under the Royal Folio with Computerized Registration Number 1.01.1.99.0069900, located in the Lajastambo area of the Municipality of Sucre of the Oropeza Province of the Department of Chuquisaca, in favor of Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy, with exclusive destination for the construction and establishment of the National Technological Park, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Autonomous Resolution No. 182/15 of May 21, 2015, issued by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sucre.
Remitase to the Authority Executive for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of August
of the year two thousand fifteen.
