CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article.

I. The Department of Cochabamba is hereby declared?Headquarters of the Scientific, Technological and Innovation Citadel of the State

Plurinational of Bolivia?, as a space generating scientific and technological knowledge at the service of the Bolivian people.

II. The central level of the State in coordination with the autonomous territorial entities that correspond, according to their

competences, must generate the necessary mechanisms for the fulfillment of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of September of the

year two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
