CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECRETA:
VERIFICATION DEADLINE EXTENSION ACT
OF THE SOCIAL ECONOMIC FUNCTION
Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to establish the exceptional period of five (5) years in the
verification of the Social Economic Function, applicable in procedures for reversion of the agrarian property.
Article 2. (PURPOSE). This Law is intended to ensure Sovereignty and Food Security,
encouraging production and investments in agriculture.
Article 3. (EXCEPTIONAL PERIOD).
I. An exceptional period of five (5) years is established for the verification of the Social Economic Function in processes of
reversion, computable from the validity of this Law, for properties with an implementing title or certificate of

II. In cases of pregod with total non-compliance with the Social Economic Function or with non-compliance with the Program
Strategic Food Production and Restitution of Forests, will enable the reversal procedure.
Remit to the Organ Executive for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at seventeen days of the month of
September of the year two thousand fifteen.
