CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECRETA:
ONLY ARTICLE. In use of the attribution conferred by Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the
Political Constitution of the State, the transfer is approved, for consideration, of Forty-four (44) lots of land, located in the Lower Pacajes area of the Municipal District N ° 9, of the Macrodistrict N ° 2 Maximiliano Paredes, inserted in a total area of 4880898.91 square meters (m²), owned by the Autonomous Government Municipal of La Paz, registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of La Paz under Computerized Tuition No. 2.01.0.99.0023353, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Ordinance G.A.M.L.P. N ° 581/2013 of 20 December 2013, whose beneficiaries are detailed below:
