CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECCRETA:
Single Article.
I. Is authorized to the National Productive and Social Investment Fund? FPS, the execution of programs or projects in the framework
of paragraph 11 of Paragraph II of Article 298 of the Constitution of the State.
II. Is authorized to the National Fund for Productive and Social Investment? FPS, execute public works of infrastructure of
interest at the central level of the State, in non-property, provided that they are public domain goods, or intended for the provision of a public service.
III. For the execution of the programs or projects outlined above, the National Productive Investment Fund and
Social? FPS, will sign inter-institutional agreements with the Ministries Head of Sector and recognized social organizations. These agreements should contain minimally the following requirements and instances responsible for coordination:
Competence Framework. In which the central level of the State has the attribution or responsibility of financing and/or run programs or projects;
Executing Entity. You are responsible for the execution of the programs or projects, and you must perform the budgetary and accounting records on the same or the final beneficiary entity. In the first case, the executing entity shall make to the final beneficiaries the final transfer of the work or;
Social Organizations. These are those organizations with legal personality, who have the responsibility to manage with the corresponding instance, the execution of the programs or projects, their sustainability and the registration and registration of the works or emerging goods of the programs or projects on the estate of the final recipient, where applicable.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of the month of

Therefore, I enact it to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
