CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Article 1. Is declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the Festivity

Religious of the?Mr de Maica?, which is held on 6 October each year, in the community of?La Calera? of the Municipality of Yotala, in the Department of Chuquisaca.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the Government

Autonomous Department of Chuquisaca and the Autonomous Government Municipal of Yotala, within the framework of its competences, will prioritize the safeguard, tourism promotion, diffusion and strengthening of the Religious Holiday of the?Mr. de Maica?.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of October of the year

two thousand fifteen.
