CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the State Political Constitution,

approves the transfer, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Municipal Autonomous Government of Llallagua with an area of 4,679.57 square meters (m2), located in the Catavi District of the Municipality of Llallagua of the Province of Rafael Bustillo of the Department of Potosi, registered in the offices of Real de Uncia under the Royal Folio with Computerized Tuition No. 5.02.3.01.0003360, whose colindances are: to the North, area without neighbor; to the South, area without neighbor; to the East, area without neighbor; and to the West, area without neighbor; in favor of the Autonomous Government Departmental of Potosi, with exclusive destination for the construction of the?House of the General Adult of Llallagua?, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Law No. 66 dated April 29, 2015, of the Municipal Government of Llallagua.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of October of the

year two thousand fifteen.
