CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the State Political Constitution,

approves the transfer, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Municipal Autonomous Government of El Alto, with an area of 5,000 square meters (m2), of a total area of 11,380,72 square meters (m2), located in the Municipal District No. 2, Urbanization?Joint Union of Yungas Volantes? of the city of El Alto, Province Murillo of the Department of La Paz, registered in the Office of Real Rights of El Alto under Computerized Registration No. 2.01.4.01,0209814, whose colindances are: to the North, with Calle Carrasco; to the South, with the Calle San José; to the West, with Calle Santa Ana Alto Lima; to the East, with Calle Covendo; in favor of the General Service of Personal Identification? SEGIP, with exclusive destination for the construction and operation of the SEGIP Central Headquarters in the city of El Alto, subject to the provisions of the Intergovernmental Convention No. 029/14 of 18 August 2014, and the Municipal Resolution No 755/2014 of September 11, 2014.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-two days of October of the

year two thousand fifteen.

Therefore, it was enacted so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
