CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the transfer, free of charge, of a property of the property of the Company San Buenaventura-EASBA, of a The area of a hectare (Ha.), of a total area of 4500,1269 hectares (has.), located in the town of Huayna Chuquiago, of the town of San Buenaventura, Province Abel Iturralde of the Department of La Paz, registered in the offices of Royal duties under the Royal Folio with Matriculation No 2.15.1.03.0000245 ,in favour of the Company National Electricity? For the construction of an Electrical Substation of Maniobra and Transformation, as determined by the Administrative Resolution No. 052/2015 of 19 June 2015, of the Sugar Company San Buenaventura-EASBA. The transfer will be performed according to the following coordinates:
