CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. (CONTRACT APPROVAL OF OIL SERVICES). In accordance with the

established by Paragraph II of Article 362 of the Constitution of the State, and the authorization provided for by Law No 697 of May 26, 2015, the Contract of Petroleum Services for the Exploration and Exploitation of Reserved Areas in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos? YPFB, corresponding to the Area Carohuaicho 8C, located in the Department of Santa Cruz, signed on August 10, 2015, between YPFB and the companies YPFB CHACO S.A. and YPFB ANDINA S.A.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of the month of

November of the year two thousand fifteen.
