PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Article 1. It is declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the Bolivian Cueca,

for the diversity of its musical, poetic, choreographic and indumentaria expressions, for the safeguarding of cultural values, traditional and popular, which give you national identity.

Article 2. Is it declared?National Day of the Bolivian Cueca?, the first Sunday of October of each year.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-seven days of the month of October

of the year two thousand fifteen.
