INVADERS OF THE LITORAL.†"The Government is not responsible for its crimes or the damages they infer.

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

DECCRETA:

Art. 1A ° The Government of Bolivia is not responsible for the crimes contracted, nor for the damages inferred by those who have disturbed the public only in the Litoral with armed espedictions in foreign territory, and who have just been solemnly condemned by the Assembly.

2A ° The executive will make the corresponding jests for the depredations and damages that they commit, against the tax interests, the perturators of the önrden and those who have lent them and follow them Cooperation A³ cooperation.
