LAW 23 of August INVADERS of the Litoral.a€ "the Government is not responsible for their credits or for the damages and damages that inferring.
THE Assembly national DECREES: Article 1a ° the Government of Bolivia is not responsible for credits collapsed, or for the damages and damages inferred that have disturbed the a³rden public in the shoreline with espediciones in foreign territory, and just be solemnly condemned by the Assembly.
2A ° the Executive will make the corresponding jestiones by the depredations and damage that committed, fiscal interests, against the disturbers of the a³rden and those who have lent them and continue their aid a³ cooperation.
