CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the transfer, free of charge, of two lots of land owned by the Autonomous Departmental Government of Pando, the first, is approved. With a surface of 154,923,63 square meters (m²), with cadastral code No. 12046002, located in the nameless street, urbanization Falls, District 12, Apple 046, Predio 002, Municipality of Cobija, Province Nicolas Suarez of the Department of Pando, registered at the Royal Law office of Cobija under the Royal Folio with Computerized registration number 9.01.01.01.0004458, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Street s/n; to the South, with the Predio 05 and the Street s/n; to the East, with the Street s/n and the Street s/n; and to the West, with the Prediums 03, 07 and 03; the second with a surface of 3,800,00 square meters (m²), with cadastral code number 05230001, located in the San Juan Zone, Av. 9 of February, District N ° 05, Manzana 230, Predio 1, Municipality of Cobija, Province Nicolas Suarez of the Department of Pando, registered in the office of Royal Rights of Cobija under the Royal Folio with Computerized Tuition No. 9.01.01.01.0002620, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Av. s/n; to the South, with Juan Ferreira; to the East, with the Av. 9 of February; and to the West, with the Street s/n; in favor of the Municipal Public Company of Water and Sanitary Sewage Services?EPSA Municipal Cobija?, with exclusive destination for the improvement and extension of the drinking water system and sanitary sewer for the city of Cobija of the Pando Department, as established by the Departmental Law No 045 of 5 October 2015, issued by the Departmental Autonomous Government of Pando.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of December

of the year two thousand fifteen.
