CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

LAW DECLARING MAY 18, EVERY YEAR,

AS A WORKER 'S DAY AND BOLIVIA' S FACTORY WORKER

ARTICLE 1. The purpose of this Law is to declare on May 18 of each year "National Day of the

and the Factory Worker", in commemoration of the historical struggle of the factory workers, recognized in Supreme Decree No. 3060 of 1952; with suspension of activities from 0 to 24 hours and with enjoyment of assets in every factory establishment.

ARTICLE 2. The suspension of activities will not be considered, under any circumstances

as a permit, to account for vacation or other type, nor can discounts be made for any reason.

ARTICLE 3. The personnel who must work indispensably in the factories, the day and the hours before

indicated, will enjoy the agreement or salary agreed under Law.

OPENING AND REPEALING

Unique. abrogated and repealed all provisions contrary to this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
