CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECRETA:
Single Article.
I. According to the number 10 of Paragraph 1 of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the State, the Loan Contract between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation is approved? CAF, for the sum of up to US$ 86,150,000.00 (Eighty-Six Million Hundred Fifty Thousand 00/100 US Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the?Project Construction of the Highway Double Via Santa Cruz? Warnes (Lado Este)?.
II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by the This Law.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at eleven days of the month of February of the year two thousand sixteen.
