EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. According to the number 10 of Paragraph 1 of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State, the Loan Contract No. 3599 /BL-BO is approved between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank of Development? IDB, dated January 29, 2016, for an amount of up to $us62,000,000.-(Sixty-Two Million 00/100 American Dollars), intended for the financing and execution of the?Multipurpose Water and Irrigation Program for the Municipalities of Battles, Pucarani and El Alto?

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Agreement No. 3599 /BL-BO, approved

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days of the month of March of the year two thousand sixteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
