EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As soon as the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has sanctioned the following Law: LA PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. According to paragraph 14 of Paragraph 14 of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State, is it ratified?Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the construction of the Center for Research and Development in Nuclear Technology in the territory of the Plurinational State of Bolivia?, signed in the city of El Alto, Plurinational State of Bolivia, on March 6, 2016.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at seventeen days of the month of March of the year two thousand sixteen.
