EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the following Law: LA PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph 14, of the Political Constitution of the State, and Articles 33 and 37 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, is ratified?Framework Agreement between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Argentine Republic for the Prevention and Investigation of the Crime of Human Trafficking and the Assistance and Protection of its Victims, signed on July 15, 2015.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the sixteen days of March of the year two thousand sixteen.
