EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Article 1. In accordance with paragraph 14 of Paragraph 14 of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the State, and Article 37 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, is ratified?International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, adopted at the First Session of the Conference of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, on 3 September. November 2001, entrusting to the Executive Body, formalize the Accession of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to that International Instrument.

Article 2. At the time of the Accession, the following statement must be made:

?In relation to Article 22.3, the Plurinational State of Bolivia accepts as a mandatory means of dispute settlement, in case the dispute is not resolved in accordance with the provisions of Article 22.1 or Article 22.2, its presentation to the International Court of Justice?.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteenth day of April of the year two thousand sixteen.

Therefore, I enact it to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
