EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As soon as the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has sanctioned the following Law: LA PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA: Single Article. I. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 10 of paragraph 1 of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State, the Agreement on Loan No. 3667 /BL-BO signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank is hereby approved. Development-BID, on April 7, 2016, in the amount of up to $us90,000,000.00.-(Noventa Millions 00/100 American Dollars), destined to comply with the provisions of the Loan Contract concerning the Program of Sectors Reforms Water, Sanitation and Water Resources in Bolivia, Second Operation (Program Support for Policy Reform). II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Agreement No. 3667 /BL-BO, approved by This Law. Refer to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes. It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, ten days of the month of May of the year two thousand sixteen. Fdo.
