EVO MORALES AYMA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Article 1. Is the Inmovable Material Cultural Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, the Temple?San Juan del Oro?, located in the municipality of Las Carreras of the Department of Chuquisaca, for being an expression of the art and colonial architecture of the region of the Cinti.

Article 2. The Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the corresponding autonomous territorial entities, within the framework of their competencies and in accordance with Law No. 530 of the Bolivian Cultural Heritage, will implement, norms, policies and institutional arrangements to protect, preserve, restore and promote the Temple?San Juan del Oro?.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeenth day of May of the year two thousand sixteen.
