Law N ° 809 law June 1, 2016 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, DECREES: article 1. Is declared Cultural Heritage Material property of the State multinational of Bolivia, to the temple? Article 2. The Ministry of culture and tourism, in coordination with the corresponding autonomous territorial entities, within the framework of its powers, and according to the law N ° 530 of the Bolivian Cultural heritage, implement, standards, policies and procedures institutional, in order to protect, conserve, restore and promote the temple? San Juan de el Oro?.
